It's interesting how different everything is from week to week. I used to get about eight hours of sleep every night, now my average has been pushed down to around 5 hours. It's a special occasion when I sleep in my own bed at home. I'm never home anymore. Why be at home when everything is happening elsewhere?
Hopefully I'll be moved in to Allie's before the end of the month. There's so much I need to take care of that I've been putting off.
yesterday was the first actual day of spring. spent it with the prettiest girl. hope it all works out ok. |

the small get together at my place turned into something a little larger, but I really couldn't tell. All I know is my brother was dressed as a pimp in furry jacket and cowboy had. he beat bushes up for talking shit. my neighbor came up and told the people out front smoking cigarettes to quiet down, apparently they were rapping 50cent lyrics too loudly. It was a good time though. hooray for parents being out of town.
hopefully I will be out of the house withing two weeks or so |

Another large gathering last night, and some dancing. The lingering thought of work at 7:30 kept me from enjoying myself fully. It was nice to have so many friends in one place though. Why is it that I have an iPod full of music and all people want to hear is the Game and 50 Cent? Why do I like the lights in my room dimmed? |

I had a half rack of PBR and I wanted to find/start a dance party. We picked up Roxy at Ground Kontrol and she put the idea of a sushi dinner into our heads. A good sushi dinner can't be found by minors in Portland past the hour of 10, so we settled for the Montage. Dinner was nice. My leftovers took the shape of a long legged bird. We drove around Portland making calls, hoping to make plans, but nothing formulated. Roxy went off to the Meow Meow and Rob and I went over to Angela's and finished The Incredibles with her. It was an uneventful night but that's ok sometimes. It's nice to hang out with lots of people. |

I'm sitting on the sidewalk in Seattle bumming the wireless network of some random office. I guess that makes me a wireless squatter. Seattle is an awesome city, I could see myself moving up here at some point in my life. Portland will always be my home, but a change of scenery could be good.
I've been drawing alot, and I want to start screenprinting. I want collaborators. who's interested?
The sun is setting and the temperature is dropping. I've heard it's been monsooning in Portland, that's too bad because all I see here are a few fluffy clouds floating past the space needle.

It was an intense downpour I was caught in. I don't mind the cold, it's the wet I can't stand. Aside from wearing a rain suit, there's not much you can do to stay dry. It's the worst when your shoes get wet.
I went to the Moving Units show last night, but it seems that nobody else did besides a select few scene kids. The band put on quite a show, they even had a smoke machine, high tech for the Meow Meow. I like it when girls dance at shows. I don't like it when you want a band to play a certain song, and you wait for it the whole show, but they don't deliver. It's just lame. They should've played I Am. I'll forgive them because they're cool.
Bush had better lose today. |

update of my life:
my room has shitty insulation and the heater isn't working right now. I try not to spend too much time out there.
M83 - Dead Cities, Red Seas, and Lost Ghosts is definitely in my top 10 cds of all time.
I like going to school, I don't like going to work.
Elyse had better come visit me tomorow at school, or I'll be sad.

ok, maybe I'm not over livejournal.
It's getting to that part of the year where things are soggy most of the time. It's good to wear lots of layers. I woke up, drank my coffee, got dressed, and then after all this I realized I don't really feel like going to my color theory class. So I'm here at school and it's not yet 10AM. I have a large chunk of time to murder before my next class at 3:30 fuckin PM. I should go see a movie.
the girl situation is currently nonexistent. anyone interested in fixing that? Elyse is gonna play matchmaker and hook me up with this girl she works with at American Eagle, hopefully that will go well. Elyse has my back. =) |
